BUILD.BRAND.DOMINATE.
The Founder

From the deck
of a ship to the
front of a brand.

Joshua Odom is a U.S. Navy veteran turned entrepreneur, media builder, and brand strategist. This is the platform he wished existed when he started.

Joshua Odom

"This platform was built for the builders."

Joshua Odom's story didn't begin in a boardroom, on a stage, or behind a microphone. It began in service to his country.

Just after 9/11, Joshua answered the call to serve in the United States Navy during one of the most defining periods in modern American history. Serving as a Boatswain's Mate from 2001–2006 aboard the USS Ogden and USS Boxer, he operated during the height of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and anti-piracy deployments throughout the Pacific and Middle East. Those years forged more than discipline — they forged resilience, leadership, accountability, and the ability to perform when pressure is real and failure is not an option.

The Navy taught him how to lead in chaos, how to stay calm when others panic, and how to stand the watch even when nobody is looking.

When Joshua transitioned out of military service, he carried those lessons directly into entrepreneurship.

What started as a passion for branding, communication, and digital media evolved into a relentless pursuit of understanding how modern attention works. Joshua immersed himself in marketing psychology, audience building, content strategy, AI-driven automation, social media growth, and business development — learning not from theory alone, but from years spent in the trenches building businesses from the ground up.

Today, Joshua is recognized as a social-media-focused serial entrepreneur, author, podcast host, and brand builder, helping businesses and creators leverage attention in the digital age instead of getting buried by it.

Moventa Solutions

As the founder of Moventa Solutions, Joshua works with businesses to modernize their online presence through social media management, AI-powered systems, automation tools, branding strategy, and digital growth solutions. His philosophy is simple: most businesses don't fail because they lack value — they fail because nobody sees them.

ShadowBridge Group

He is also the founder of ShadowBridge Group, a creator-focused growth and monetization company built to help influencers, entrepreneurs, and digital personalities turn audiences into scalable brands. With a focus on long-term positioning, strategic partnerships, and modern influence, ShadowBridge Group was designed to bridge the gap between attention and ownership.

The Book

Joshua is also the author of the upcoming book Build. Brand. Dominate., a direct, no-fluff guide focused on branding, social media positioning, modern business growth, and building authority in today's attention economy. Drawing from military discipline, entrepreneurial experience, and years of studying digital influence, the book is designed to help entrepreneurs stop overthinking, start executing, and build brands that actually matter.

Husband. Father. Builder.

But beyond business, Joshua's proudest title is husband and father.

Married to an incredible wife and raising four boys, Joshua openly speaks about the balance between ambition, leadership, family, and legacy. Much of his drive comes from his belief that entrepreneurship is not just about money — it is about freedom, ownership, time, and creating opportunities for the people you love most.

That belief became the foundation for Build. Brand. Dominate.

Build. Brand. Dominate. is more than a podcast. It is a platform for builders — entrepreneurs, creators, business owners, influencers, veterans, leaders, and visionaries who are creating something from nothing. The show exists to pull back the curtain on what success actually looks like: the wins, the failures, the pivots, the sacrifices, the pressure, and the lessons most people never talk about publicly.

No fake guru energy.

No polished corporate scripts.

No pretending the journey is easy.

Just real conversations with real builders.

Joshua created this platform because he saw too many talented people waiting:

Waiting for permission.

Waiting for the algorithm.

Waiting for perfect timing.

Waiting to finally believe they were qualified enough to start.

So he stopped waiting — and built this.

Now, through business, branding, storytelling, and conversation, Joshua's mission is simple:

Help people build something real.

Help them amplify their voice.

Help them dominate their space.

And remind them that nobody is coming to hand them permission.

They have to build it themselves.

What he stands for

Six principles. One mission.

Discipline

What you do every day matters more than what you do sometimes.

Authenticity

The real story always outperforms the polished one.

Execution

The people willing to execute consistently are the ones who eventually dominate.

Service

Lead by giving more than you take.

Resilience

Failure is data. Use it.

Vision

Build something that outlives the highlight reel.
